We’re excited to announce that Nashua Telegraph readers recently named our branch at 101 Broad Street as the area’s “Best Local/Regional Bank” – and for the first time, The Merrimack was also chosen as the “Best Mortgage Broker/Agency.”
“On behalf of all of us here at the Nashua branch and business center, it’s an honor to receive this recognition,” said Dan Snyder, Assistant Vice President, Branch and Business Development Manager. “Merrimack Style means that we are always looking to go above and beyond to contribute to the health and vibrancy of our community. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the readers of the Nashua Telegraph.”

We are thrilled to recognize Retail Development and Operations Coordinator Julie Lacey with our annual employee STAR of the Year award. In a company-wide vote Julie was singled out for her exceptional enthusiasm and leadership, winning top honors among all our monthly peer-determined nominees in 2015.
Based on the nominations of co-workers, our STAR awards recognize exceptional employees who embody Merrimack Style with their consideration, ability to work with everyone and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
We congratulate Julie and all of this year’s STARs on their great work!
While falling leaves and chilly nights are a sign of the approaching holidays, they’re also a reminder of the hardships that face many in our local communities. That’s why we’re introducing our new Mitten Tree program. Beginning the day after Thanksgiving and continuing through December 18, donations of handmade or purchased mittens, gloves, hats and scarves by area residents and customers can be dropped off at any Merrimack office. The donated items will be distributed to non-profits and school organizations in the areas we serve.
To participate in this year’s Mitten Tree program, community members can bring handmade or store-bought mittens, gloves, hats and scarves to any of our locations. For every item donated, The Merrimack will contribute $2 to local food pantries.
Offering benefits and savings on the products and services you use every day, our GenGold® member discount program is valuable at any time of the year.
