Second Annual Mitten Tree Drive Brings Warmth to the Community

With colder weather moving in and the holidays fast approaching, Merrimack County Savings Bank (the Merrimack) is collecting mittens, hats, gloves and scarves for its second annual Mitten Tree drive. The Merrimack will donate $2 to the NH Food Bank for every article collected through December 17.

New handmade or store-bought mittens, hats, gloves and scarves can be dropped off at any Merrimack local office in Bow, Concord, Contoocook, Hooksett or Nashua. For every Mitten Tree item collected between Thanksgiving and December 17th, the Merrimack will contribute $2 to the NH Food Bank, earmarked for use in the communities the bank serves.

Non-profits who are in need of mittens, hats, gloves and scarves should contact the Merrimack County Savings Bank office closest to them. Visit here for a complete list of Merrimack offices and hours.
