Eric MacDonald Promoted to Major by New Hampshire Army National Guard
Concord, NH – May 13, 2010—Merrimack County Savings Bank congratulates Eric MacDonald, Senior Credit Analyst at The Merrimack, on his promotion to Major by the New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG). Major MacDonald will be deployed this September to Kuwait for one year as part of the NHARNG. The Kuwait mission mainly involves sending troops and equipment in and out of Iraq and Afghanistan.
“Eric is a valued member of the bank’s commercial department. We honor Eric’s dedication and sacrifice in serving our great country,” says Ed Caron, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending. MacDonald joined Bow Mills Bank and Trust in May 2005 and transitioned to The Merrimack during the merger in 2007. MacDonald has also received his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University in September 2009. He lives in Gilford with his wife and two sons.
